About
Now in its fourth year, the Tradition Alive Creative Laboratory Residency invites talented young artists (Composers&Choreographers) to create new works amidst mountains and nature reserves, drawing inspiration from the rich interplay of languages, legends, and traditions of the diverse peoples of the North Caucasus.
Summer is a special time for amazing discoveries and vivid impressions!

The North Caucasus is the cradle of ancient culture, its history rooted in deep antiquity.
The culture of North Ossetia-Alania and Karachay-Cherkessia blends ancient traditions with modern influences, allowing it to remain vibrant today. Some centuries-old traditions
of the peoples of the North Caucasus are still relevant today, while others are gradually fading into the past. The Residency will offer a fresh perspective on the cultures of the peoples inhabiting the region and allow their elements
to be embodied in new works by contemporary artists.
